The red light comes on but goes back off. It says its exceeded the power limit. It wont turn on. Sometimes the red light blinks. I believe all that is wrong with it is it is dead and i just have to get it to charge but it wont charge or keep a charge. I need to know how to fix this would very much appreciate it
