i have coupon printer installed. when i try to uninstall i get this message "failed to load plug inn:%app folder%\uninstall\IRZip.imd(#1)" i want to install and use it. its listed in my programs , but when i try to print a coupon , it says i have to install coupon printer for windows. when i try to install i get this message "error could not create uninstall shortcut:C:\program data\microsoft\windows\start menu\programs\coupons\uninstall coupon printer for windows.lnk" i cant install or uninstall !! its driving me nuts. can anyone help me out ? thx
